Welcome to TTLocker (hereinafter referred to as "the Service" or "the App"). These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TTLocker. IMPORTANT NOTICE: By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you: 1. Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms 2. Confirm that you have reached the age of majority (or have obtained parental consent) 3. Confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

TTLocker is an iOS application focused on privacy protection and application management, providing the following features: 2.1 Core Features - App Control: Manage app usage time restrictions through Apple's FamilyControls framework - Private Vault: Locally encrypted storage and management of private photos, notes, audio, contacts, and files - Location Lock: Automatically lock/unlock specified apps based on GPS location information - Utility Tools: Provide various auxiliary functions and settings options 2.2 Service Characteristics - Local data storage with emphasis on privacy protection - Multi-language interface support (Chinese, English) - Deep integration with iOS system extensions

3.1 Account Creation - This app does not require mandatory account registration - Account creation may be required for specific features (e.g., cloud sync) - You must provide true, accurate, and complete information 3.2 User Responsibilities You agree to be responsible for: - Maintaining the security of account information - All activities conducted under your account - Immediately notifying us of any suspicious account security threats - Not allowing others to use your account - Complying with all applicable laws and regulations 3.3 Prohibited Uses You must not use the Service for the following purposes: - Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or rights-infringing activities - Spreading malware, viruses, or any harmful code - Interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of the Service - Attempting unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts - Collecting or harvesting other users' information - Infringing on others' intellectual property or privacy rights

5.1 Privacy Policy - Your privacy is of utmost importance to us - For detailed privacy protection measures, please refer to our Privacy Policy - These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute a complete legal document 5.2 Data Security - We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your data - Your private content is stored only locally on your device - We do not access, view, or store your private content

6.1 Our Intellectual Property - The App and all its content, features, and design are protected by intellectual property laws - TTLocker and related logos are our trademarks - We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App 6.2 License Granted by Users - You retain ownership of content you upload - You grant us a limited license solely to provide the Service - After service termination, we may retain backup copies for legal compliance purposes

7.1 Service Provided "As Is" - The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis - We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely secure - We expressly disclaim all express or implied warranties 7.2 Function Limitations - We do not guarantee that specific features will fully meet your needs - We reserve the right to modify or terminate features at any time - We are not responsible for any losses caused by feature changes 7.3 Third-Party Services - The Service may integrate third-party services or links - We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services - Your interaction with third-party services is governed by third-party terms

10.1 Governing Law - These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China - Conflict of laws principles do not apply 10.2 Dispute Resolution - Disputes arising from these Terms should be resolved through friendly consultation - If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit in a competent people's court in our jurisdiction 10.3 Arbitration - In certain cases, we may require disputes to be resolved through arbitration - Arbitration rules and location will be notified separately
